(A Poem I Wrote) I Don't

I don’t belong here I died and been reborn, Why was I chosen to live again? Haven’t I done my job, yet?

I, the glass bead, among sand. I of a different time Doomed to face the future, I don’t fear death I have conquered it, Fear is no further my master Pain is no longer a barrier. People don’t matter For they are mortals Who don’t understand, The dance of death.

I journey Fated to wonder the Earth In search of my kind, I have found the last of my kind For he is the mind freak He is my kind, Misunderstood, hated for what and who we are Feared and loved for what we do Inhuman to all Alien to the world Idolized by youth. Our metamorphosis is almost complete Hungry for loyal revelations Feasting on emotions, phobias and pain.

In our minds eye, we see all Reality, now a dream We’re child-like, Belonging only in an illusion Right next to angels, ghosts, magic and dreams.

Haunting those who welcome us Dipping into their minds. We are super natural Are we alive? We’ve been called “un natural” Who is to decide what is and isn’t natural? Not me, not Criss, not you, not anybody The only thing that is natural is nature But even that is being tainted By the darkness inside people’s hearts.

I see the darkness, I am the darkness I am the lost princess Exploring the heart Disappeared into a black hole many moons ago, Now I have returned, my friends.

Leaving the world to children They will decide the fate of all on Earth For they are the future; What knowledge have you bestowed on them? Hatred, lies, deceit, stretched truths and false-hoods? Or did you show them the ways of not your own? The way of hope, strength, Enlightenment, and the will to do what is best for man-kind. Farewell
